12 Week Leadership Schools
- The purpose of the Sky Hawk School is to help the students understand how to uncover the ability to lead like Jesus and to lead well. Each class will help the students to discover the hidden secrets of how others in the Bible led supernaturally through the guidance of the Holy Spirit and how they overcame impossible moments through the supernatural means of God. As we go on a journey with the Holy Spirit, we will see God reveal ways to build heathy relationship, experience ways to network with people all over the world, and to help us build characteristics in each of that will allow us to be team players as we develop supernatural leadership skills. One of the most important skills we believe you will learn is trust and faith in Father God, be guided by the Holy Spirit, and to learn how to allow Jesus to rise up inside of you so you can pour Him out as you stop for the one. This school is not just for those who want to step into ministry, but we will be also teaching you how to take supernatural leadership into the marketplace and into the business world.

MEET TRINA OLSON THE FOUNDER OF FLIGHT DECK SCHOOL OF SUPERNATURAL MINISTRIES
- Trina felt there was a step missing when she graduated from GSSM Global School of Supernatural Ministry) and struggled like many others to find how to get from seeing the vision God was giving her to the point where she was ready to handle the vision. She has walked through the process of a place of brokenness where God walked with her every step of the way to build the character, she needed to be able to stand in the vision. Trina was not ready in 2014 nor did she have the character to stand where she stands today. We all need to allow God to help us walk out each step of our life to be ready for that moment we step into our vision. If we don’t allow the process the vision may not be ready for us, or we may not be ready for it and that could cause us to be crushed by the dream. God will open the doors to the vision as He sees the alignment of our heart!

Flight Deck is a free school created to help others know they are a son/daughter of the Most High, they have a voice to speak, they are able to hear God's voice (prophesy), they are called by God, they have the ability to do the work of an evangelist, they are called to preach (speak) the gospel everywhere they step, and most of all they are able to have an incredible relationship with God the Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. Out of the relationship, they will walk in signs and wonders and they will learn how to reflect Jesus because the glory Jesus gave them will shine and bring others into the Kingdom of God. We want to help a generation cultivate a lifestyle of Christianity.
We are here to help empower a generation to GO into all the world to proclaim the gospel through watching where the Father is, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide them and to watch Jesus rise up inside of them as they pour out love into each person God puts in front of them.
